Digital Camera Raw Photo Submission Form

For a limited time, the site's editor has decided to offer a free service to those wishing to accept the agreement outlined below. Each submitter may provide a single digital camera raw photo for enhancement at the convenience of the editor. The enhancement is done "AS IS", and the results may be displayed on this site as examples of the currently free service.

By sending this email with the attached image to be processed (by the editor), you (the submitter) must first agree to the following:

1. The submitter must be the SOLE copyright owner of the image.
2. Only one image will be considered for editing from each submitter.
3. The provided image must be in a Photoshop  RAW format (e.g. NEF or CR2 and not JPEG).
4. Only this electronic form may be used to submit  candidate photos  for editing.
5. The provided image must not have already been edited in any way.
6. The editor shall be free to edit each submission in any way the editor's desire.
7. Though the image shall retain its copyrights by the submitter, the submitter agrees to give rights to the editor so both the original and edited images may be showcased on the site.
8. Any digital photo returned is provided "AS IS", and this site and owner shall not be held responsible in any way for the changes made to it.
9. Submissions are not guaranteed to be accepted by the editor, and it shall be up to the discretion of the editor to decide whether to process or pass on a given submission based on the image's content or the editor's schedule, or for any other reason.
10. The submitter shall only receive a response to a submission if all conditions above have be met and agreed to first.
